The 21st Century's greatest challenge is quality leadership coupled with fellowship.
A brief overview of the latter part of the 20th Century gives evidence of the tremendous fellowship vacuum
prevailing throughout the world today. Whether it is the post modern, highly technical societies or the sadly
deprived third world societies, the most important assignment of the believer is to "fellowship for the Kingdom of
God". Throughout scripture, we read the word "nations" which comes from the Greek word "ethos", meaning
"common groupings"; for "groupings" or nations to succeed requires wisdom, diplomacy and skill as their
language and culture develop. What is true for the nations is also true for the kingdoms or professions within
them such as medicine, business, education or entertainment.
The Gospel states that although the harvest is plentiful, the laborers are few, most likely due to lack of proper
training. Kingdom Ministries Network, Inc. Emphasizes that the crucial elements of proper training are missing in
the Church today. However, this can be brought into existence through people who are trained both
scholastically and spiritually in leadership under a spiritual covering which brings forth a foundation of effective
leaders in the world marketplace. Kingdom Ministries Network, Inc. is such an environment for ideas, training and
